"Tyler and I meet over a Toyota Land Cruiser I Force Max in your branch parking lot. I walked into the office to ask if it belonged to one of your staff. Tyler took the time to explain it belonged to an office space tenant and in a very natural comfortable manner asked if I was looking for insurance. Actually, I was shopping insurance in these times. Tyler, very competently, was able to gather key information while I inserted life stories with my insurance ambitions. "On September 27, 2024, we were awakened about 3AM by the sound of a tree (giant Oak) when it up-rooted and crashed onto our house. It went through our roof, just missing our sons bed. We were all in disbelief. We, like everyone else struggled to just survive without utilities.
